Designing for all price points

Dramatic market forces are at work in Princeton and the surrounding communities that are changing the terrain of residential ownership and demographics.  Can we see where this is taking us?  To the extent that these market forces are ignoring some housing types that are vital to any healthy community, what can be done to intervene?  How can land use regulations be modified to advance desired housing creation at multiple prices points for buyers and renters?  How can we advance the goals of Smart Growth and sustainable construction and ecological systems in our residential community development?
